Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and coordinate the screening eventual new vendors and the selection of external vendors where needed including briefings.
  • Take the lead in circulating sales and marketing materials/tasks for internal approvals.
  • Facilitate the expense claim process and flow by coordinating with Sales team and Finance department.
  • Manage the inventory of affiliate promotional items, ensure marketing materials are held in sufficient stock and distributed appropriately in a timely manner to customers and the sales team.
  • Preparation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system and payment records.
  • Facilitate sales purchasing order/sample processes in coordination with the distributor (DKSH) including all processes related to commercial business objectives.
  • Support the customized hospital listing documents preparation as requested by Sales team.
  • Execute post- event/activity requirements including paying honoraria and etc. complying with corporate guidelines by collaborating with Finance department.
  • Assist with hospitality arrangements for international client/partner meetings.
  • Prior reservation of meeting rooms and any other requirements.
  • General office duties such as document/photocopying, filing, printing, data file records in the system etc. in accordance with internal/external auditing requirements.
  • Arrange and distribute mails by authorized messenger service from/to OLIC Samyan Mitrtown Office, Bangpa-In Head Office and Sales team workplace in the territories.
  • Arranging airline travel flights for Pharma business team members complying with corporate guidelines and finance procedures.
  • Demonstrating proactive administrative support including being the contact between Pharma Business Unit at Bangkok Office and Cross-functional team at Bangpa-In.

Basic Qualification :

  • 1-2 years' experience as an office assistant within a Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Must be administrative, organized, detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand the needs of a sales team collaborate with both sales and marketing professionals [ Proactive, professional, and well spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Ability to use computers (MS Word and MS Excel) and related technology efficiently.
