Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing all legal affairs of the company to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while supporting the company's business strategies and objectives. This role involves providing professional legal advice, managing legal risks, and ensuring the company's operations are conducted within the appropriate legal framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate legal matters, including governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and litigation.
  • Provide legal counsel and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors on business strategies, policies, and decisions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts to safeguard the company's best interests.
  • Manage litigation and disputes, act as the company's representative in legal proceedings, and coordinate with external counsel when required.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, ensuring timely updates of company policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Supervise and develop the legal team to enhance efficiency, quality of work, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, provide legal consultation, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare legal reports, official correspondence, and present findings or updates to top management and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Legal, Corporate Compliance, Business Legal, and Litigation process.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Thai regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.

Working Day/Time:
 Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00
