We are looking for HR & GA Specialist who will be a sole contributor to responsible for performing full HR&GA function for Thailand office by partnering with Regional HR team of TW HQ and supporting Thailand Country Manager for office management matters.

The scope of work and projects will range from long-term strategy planning and execution, to daily operational support, including payroll process, recruiting project, new hire orientation, employee engagement, office operation, enforcing company policy and supporting the site's leadership with coaching and advice.

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

Payroll/C&B

  • Process monthly payroll, accumulate and check the data for accuracy.
  • Conduct employees statutory and tax contributions (PIT).
  • Suggest and manage group insurance, including vendor survey and package negotiation for the company.
  • Design and propose competitive local C&B package, in collaboration with TW HQ.

Recruitment

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting to closing.
  • Fulfil open vacancies with the productivity to close each HC within the average rate as 1.5 months.
  • Provide advisory to Hiring Managers as required (e.g. candidate package negotiation, key competences).

Employee Relations

  • Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention.
  • Provide advisory to management in addressing employee relations issues.
  • Organize employees quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Coordinate employee termination process when required.

Training & Development

  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Organize internal training when required

Office Operation

  • Manage office facility, pantry food and daily operations.
  • Arrange for office cleaning and maintenance.
  • Control office expense budget.

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]

  • Min. 4 years as in-house HR with specialty in ER, Payroll and TA functions with the company size of 40-50 employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of Employee Relations and local Labor Law.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Able to adapt to cross-department collaboration by following different management principle.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

Work Location : Singha Complex (MRT Petchaburi, Makkasan Airport rail link)
