Responsibilities
1. Compensation & Benefits
Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, job evaluations, job grade, benefits programs,
including wellness initiatives, that drive engagement and equity.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to maintain pay competitiveness.
Manage annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive schemes with accuracy and transparency.
Ensure compliance with taxation, social security, and all relevant HR regulations.
Partner with leadership and HR teams to align total rewards strategies with business objectives and enhance
overall employee experience.
2. Regulation & Compliance
Provide guidance on labor laws, employee discipline, and workplace policies to support fair and consistent
practices.
Handle compliance cases, ensuring thorough investigations and appropriate disciplinary actions.
Maintain and update HR policies and work rules to ensure alignment with company standards and best
practices.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and policy compliance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Analytics & HRIS
Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HR systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
Analyze HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and cost trends, to support data-driven decision-making.
Develop HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management.
Monitor benefit utilization and employee satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and
recommending solutions.
Simplify HR workflows to reduce workload and make operations more efficient.
4. Communication & Operations
Design and implement communication tools to promote HR initiatives and policies.
Communicate clearly and creatively to help employees understand and engage with HR programs.
Develop, maintain, and update SOPs related to compensation and benefits operations.
Support day-to-day C&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits and HR Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights clearly.
- Experienced with HR systems such as SAP, Empeo, or other local platforms.
- Creative in designing communication materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about employee well-being and engagement.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to coordinate effectively with affiliated companies.
