Reports to: CEO
As a People Associate, you'll be part of a small but mighty team managing all aspects of the People function from recruitment and onboarding to culture, development, and operations. You'll help us build strong foundations and create an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Drive end-to-end recruitmentfor both mass hiring (e.g. warehouse position) andoffice hiring(corporate and specialist positions).
- Plan and execute sourcing strategies through multiple channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, assessments, and offer processes.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain a strong employer brand presence online.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Design and implement onboarding programs that ensure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and ready to perform.
- Prepare all necessary equipment, access rights, and workspace setup prior to the employee's first day.
- Coordinate exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding experiences that reflect our company values.
3. People Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, contracts, and documentation.
- Manage payroll input, benefits administration, and HR systems in coordination with finance.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies. Monitor HR practices to align with legal standards and fairness principles.
- Draft and update HR policies and guidelines as needed.
4. Employee Experience & Culture
- Plan and lead engagement activities, company events, and well-being programs that strengthen team culture.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on people-related matters.
- Promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and continuous feedback.
5. Learning, Development & Performance
- Implement performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes.
- Coordinate internal and external learning initiatives, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities for individuals and teams.
6. People Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead HR projects such as process optimization, HRIS setup, or digital workflow improvement.
- Analyze people data to generate insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Continuously refine people operations for better efficiency and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–4 years+ of hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR or People roles (startup or SME background).
- Proven experience in both mass and office recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor law and HR compliance.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning processes from start to finish.
- Passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences.
