Responsibilities:

Logistic Operations

  • Shipment Monitoring & Tracking: Proactively monitor the status of inbound shipments, Track and update shipment status proactively; provide customers with timely updates, potential delays, or issues.
  • Documentation Management: Verify and process various logistics documents, including delivery orders, waybills, packing lists, and goods receipt notes. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Warehouse Management: Assist in warehouse management, including replenish inventory, generating regular reports on inventory levels.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service), distributor, freight forwarders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless flow of goods.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international regulations (e.g., customs, dangerous goods) and company policies. Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.

Administrative Supports

  • Facilities Management: Liaise with property owner on any request, manage and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Others: Provide support for various ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in a logistics support, operations, or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Thai. Chinese skill is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
