Job Description
Customer Service

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on export shipments.
  • Receive and process booking requests, ensuring accuracy of shipping instructions.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.

Documentation

  • Prepare and verify export documentation (MBL, HBL)
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export control laws.
  • Prepare invoices and arrange the shipping documents to customer.
  • Manage export filing and record-keeping for audit and compliance.
  • Liaise with overseas offices/agents for smooth cargo handling at destination.

Coordination & Operation Management

  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain good working relationships with carriers, co-loaders, trucking companies, and warehouses.
  • Participate in internal meetings and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Prepare the summary/update the monthly report related to export operation.

Successful Candidates
Will have strong organizational skills, be an excellent communicator and eager to understand all aspects of our business. As the main point of contact for your customers, you will provide excellent customer service and have the desire to build relationships internally and externally.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Administration / Economics
  • 1–3 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export operations.

Key Competencies Required

  • Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and documentation, ISO tank knowledge is a plus.
  • Communication Skills – Good command of English to communicate with global and regional stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
