As a Finance Administrator, you take care of the daily finance and accounting tasks across the APAC countries. Currently Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan and Hong Kong are in scope.  Together with local and international finance colleagues and guided by the Finance & HR Manager APAC, you ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, timely handling of invoices and payments, and well-maintained financial records. Your structured and detail-oriented way of working keeps all financial operations running smoothly.

You support the preparation of financial reports, month-end activities, and basic controlling tasks, such as checking data accuracy and assisting with reconciliations. You also follow up on local financial requirements and help ensure all documents and data are complete and up to date.

In this role, you act as a reliable point of contact for administrative finance questions, document handling, and coordination with local teams and HQ. You assist with payment runs, accounting entries, audit preparation, and other operational finance duties as needed.

  • You have a degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • A first experience in finance administration or accounting support is necessary. You feel confident handling daily operational finance tasks.
  • You have strong administrative skills, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in keeping things organized and accurate.
  • You are comfortable working with ERP systems and use Excel with ease.
  • You communicate clearly in English; any additional language is a bonus.
  • You work independently, stay reliable under pressure, and deliver consistent accuracy.
  • You thrive in an international environment and enjoy coordinating with different teams.
  • You have a hands-on, can-do attitude, you like to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and take ownership of your tasks.
  • You're the person who brings order to chaos and actually gets energy from solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
