About the project

A food delivery company, like Grab or similar services (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Foodpanda), operates as a tech platform connecting customers with local restaurants and eateries.

Company: Dev Different - Outsourcing support | Asia based

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Fridays-Mondays, half-days (flexible as needed)

Working hours: 4pm - 8pm GMT+7

Type: Monthly Contract

Language Requirement: English-fluent

The Role

Handle inquiries from customer and restaurants on menus, orders, pricing, logistics.

What You'll Do

  • Field emails/chats/calls/app on custom menus, weekly orders, dish picks.
  • Guide partners on pricing, volumes, packaging.
  • Explain our edge: predictable big orders, variety-driven frequency.
  • Fix logistics issues, track interactions.
  • Deliver top satisfaction.

Must-Haves

  • Fluent English (write/speak like a pro).
  • Customer service exp (food/e-comm bonus).
  • Reliable setup: internet, quiet space.
  • Available Fri-Mon, ~4-6 hrs/day flexible.
  • Tech basics: email, chat, CRM.
