You’ll take full ownership of your assigned accounts, coordinating every service activity and acting as the customer’s trusted partner. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Customer Service Team Manager based in Thailand.

- ABOUT THE JOB

As our Customer Service Manager, you will:

- Create, negotiate, and successfully sell VYNCKE solutions for the maintenance and improvement of our installations.
- Take full ownership of client requests, acting proactively to understand and meet their needs with the goal of achieving win-win outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers across Asia.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up activity planning. With the support of our administrative team, you’ll manage the complete order flow from quotation to invoicing and payment.
- Coordinate the execution of maintenance and service contracts, including organizing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. You will collaborate with VYNCKE’s customer service engineers and mechanics, or manage subcontractors when needed.
- Tackle technical challenges efficiently, ensuring issues are handled correctly. You’ll be supported by an internal team of technical experts and a help desk with a 24/7 hotline to guarantee the highest level of customer value.
- ABOUT YOU
- Hold a degree in engineering or possess equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of technical-commercial expertise in customer service, account management, or (after) sales.
- Have experience working in a multinational company. Experience in the wood panel (MDF, PB, OSB) industry or CRM Dynamic 365 is a plus.
- Have a sharp eye for commercial opportunities, a passion for nurturing long-term customer relationships, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, paired with effective communication, practical thinking, and a creative mindset.
- Be willing to travel for short periods.
- Be fluent in English, with local and other languages as a plus.
