1.ตำแหน่ง : เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีเจ้าหนี้อาวุโส (Senior Accounts Payable Officer)

What you'll be doing

  1. ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้จากผู้ขาย จัดทำการชำระเงิน และบันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ ERP
  2. จัดทำและยื่นแบบภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) พร้อมรายงานภาษีประจำเดือน
  3. จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารทางบัญชีให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบจากผู้สอบบัญชี
  4. จัดการธุรกรรมทางธนาคาร เช่น การโอนเงิน การชำระเงิน และการกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร
  5. ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอกและหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

What we're looking for

  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (Accounts Payable) ไม่น้อยกว่า 3–5 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ ขนส่ง / Express Delivery จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และตัดสินใจอย่างเหมาะสม
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี บริหารเวลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และทำงานได้ตามกำหนดเวลา

2.ตำแหน่ง : ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกบัญชี (Assistant Accounting Manager)

What you'll be doing

  1. กำกับ ดูแล และควบคุมกระบวนการทางบัญชีทั้งหมด ทั้งด้านเจ้าหนี้ (AP), ลูกหนี้ (AR), สมุดบัญชีแยกประเภท (GL), สินทรัพย์ถาวร, ต้นทุน และรายการบัญชีประจำวัน
  2. ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีและการเงิน เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร
  3. จัดทำงบการเงินรวม (Consolidated Financial Statement) และจัดสรรต้นทุน (Cost Allocation)
  4. คำนวณและยื่นแบบภาษีต่าง ๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และตรงตามกำหนด (ภ.ง.ด.3, 53, 54, ภ.พ.30, ภ.พ.36, ภ.ง.ด.50, ภ.ง.ด.51)
  5. ดำเนินกระบวนการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และสิ้นปี พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  6. ติดต่อประสานงานกับกรมสรรพากรและผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก เพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบงบการเงิน
  7. ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำแนวทางปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีแก่ทีมงานและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ภายในองค์กร
  8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาAnalyze competitors' SEO strategies and implement actionable insights.

What we're looking for

  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี และมีใบอนุญาตผู้ทำบัญชี พร้อมใบรับรอง CPD
  2. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานการบัญชีและมาตรฐานรายงานทางการเงิน (TFRS/IFRS) เป็นอย่างดี
  3. มีประสบการณ์จัดทำและปิดงบการเงิน รวมถึงรายละเอียดประกอบงบไม่น้อยกว่า 5–7 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์จัดทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีนิติบุคคล และภาษีบุคคลธรรมดา
  5. หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ ขนส่ง / โลจิสติกส์ / Express Delivery จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
