Assistant Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Supervisor to join our Accounting & Finance Division. You will play a key role in managing financial statement closings, ensuring tax compliance, and preparing reports for the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Manage monthly and annual financial statement closings. Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements (งบการเงินรวม) and internal management reports strictly according to accounting standards.
  • Tax Compliance: Oversee all tax matters including VAT (P.P.30), Withholding Tax (P.N.D. 3, 53), and Corporate Income Tax (P.N.D. 50, 51). Ensure accuracy and timely submission to the Revenue Department.
  • External Reporting: Prepare financial reports and necessary documents for external auditors and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Audit & Control: Reconcile accounts, review tax reports, and coordinate with the HR department for P.N.D.1 reconciliation. Handle tax refund processes to maximize company benefits.
  • Process Improvement: Test and implement new accounting systems (Interface/Robotic) to improve accuracy and efficiency. Assist in streamlining work processes to reduce redundancy.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications (คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably with exposure to Consolidated Financial Statements or Public Company reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards (TAS/TFRS) and Tax Regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Accounting Software.
  • Experience in coordinating with External Auditors and Revenue Department is a plus.
  • Analytical mind with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Age between years old.
