Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Training Manager based in Bangkok. The HR and Training Manager will oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The role also includes designing and conducting training programs, evaluating employee development needs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies. A key aspect of the role is fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR compliance
- Well-developed communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle HR systems and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex HR issues
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
