Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager located in Bangkok City, Thailand. The HR Manager will oversee and manage the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities will involve developing HR strategies, managing employee development programs, leading conflict resolution initiatives, handling compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Compliance, Labor Regulations, and Workforce Management
- Leadership, Organizational, and Communication skills
- Experience in Training, Employee Development, and Performance Management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Proficient in using HR software and tools
- Prior experience in the quality control or international services sector is advantageous
