Duties:

  • Design, establish, and implement end-to-end HRD systems from scratch, including training frameworks, talent development processes, and competency-based development programs.
  • Develop and execute leadership development programs
  • Plan, manage, and continuously improve talent development initiatives, including high-potential programs, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
  • Drive organization development (OD) initiatives
  • Establish company-wide training programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), annual training plans, learning roadmaps, and others
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR team
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of total HR experience, including:
  • Experience in HR Consulting (HR system design, OD projects, or transformation projects) / HR in-house environment
  • Proven experience in setting up HRD / HROD systems from scratch (stand-alone role)
  • Good command in English
