HR Training and Development

Work day: Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Design, establish, and implement end-to-end HRD systems from scratch, including training frameworks, talent development processes, and competency-based development programs.
- Develop and execute leadership development programs
- Plan, manage, and continuously improve talent development initiatives, including high-potential programs, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
- Drive organization development (OD) initiatives
- Establish company-wide training programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), annual training plans, learning roadmaps, and others
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR team
- Prepare reports for management
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of total HR experience, including:
- Experience in HR Consulting (HR system design, OD projects, or transformation projects) / HR in-house environment
- Proven experience in setting up HRD / HROD systems from scratch (stand-alone role)
- Good command in English
