Responsibilities
Recruitment and Program MT & Internship
- Recruit monthly-based employees for positions below Staff level, such as Machine Setter, Electrician, Injection Technician, and monthly employees in support functions including Quality Control, Purchasing, HR Officer, Warehouse & Logistics staff, etc.
- Recruit Management Trainee positions (1-year contract) at the Junior level (Bachelor's degree).
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Monitor candidate documentation and manage pre-employment medical check-ups.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internship strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and oversee the Management Trainee Program and Internship Programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Integrate automation tools to streamline recruitment processes such as resume screening, candidate communication, and job postings.
- Identify and implement recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to drive digital transformation within the recruitment process.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Design and develop recruitment dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metrics in an accessible, insightful format.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports for management.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Create kaizen project for improvement task.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition functions.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development (preferably within HR).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Management Trainee and Internship programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
