IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating CCTV system installation, maintenance and support and preconfigure.
• Investigates and recommends methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for computer machine, CCTV and IT equipment.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Setting up accounts for new users and arrange new PC for new staffs.
• IT devices maintenance
• Shell storage management
• Incident management system monitoring relate to CCTV and responsible devices
• Devices inventory and report to line manage
• Establish procedure for relate jobs
• CCTV stock control
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer technology or a related field.
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines, prioritize and delegate jobs
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• The capacity to work well within a team and coordinate with another team.
• Attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of how operating systems and software work.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• A year of experience in IT, Network, Desktop Support, IT.
• Hardware or Infrastructure Experience or a technical support role.
