Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to lead and drive all HR functions within our plant operation. This individual will work closely with the plant leadership team to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring
extensive HRBP experience within a factory/manufacturing environment
, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex people challenges across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a HR
    advisor
    to the Plant Manager and leadership team on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, employee relations, organizational development, and labor cost optimization.
  • Lead and implement the
    HR strategy
    at the plant level to support both short- and long-term business goals, ensuring alignment with corporate HR frameworks.
  • Manage all
    core HR functions
    within the plant including recruitment, development, performance management, employee relations, C&B, and HR compliance.
  • Drive the
    end-to-end talent acquisition
    process for key technical and leadership roles within the plant to ensure the organization attracts and retains top manufacturing talent.
  • Actively manage
    employee relations
    and provide counsel to line managers in handling complex employee issues, disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and labor law compliance.
  • Co-design and deploy
    employee engagement
    programs, retention strategies, and communication initiatives to foster a positive and productive workforce.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to implement plants
    training plans
    that enhance functional, technical capabilities and leadership skills within the factory.
  • Work closely with corporate HR to drive and support
    HR transformation projects
    , such as digitalization, process integration, or lean HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, safety regulations and audit requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop the plant HR team to ensure high performance and business partnership readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
    , with at least
    5 years in a HRBP role
    within a factory or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to
    collaborate with senior stakeholders
    and provide sound HR advice and interventions.
  • Deep understanding of
    Thai labor law
    , employee relations practices, and union negotiation (if applicable).
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management skill, communication with a
    hands-on and proactive approach
    .
  • Comfortable working with
    matrixed environments
    with high flexibility.
  • Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and data analytics for workforce planning and reporting.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written).
