We are seeking a proactive and organised Senior Executive to support the daily operations of our language learning centre. This role involves a variety of responsibilities essential to ensuring smooth functioning and creating a welcoming environment for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Services:

  • Introduce and explain available courses to prospective students and parents, helping them choose the right programme based on their needs and goals.

  • Provide accurate information about course content, schedules, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process course enrolment and collect payments, ensuring proper documentation and receipts.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and enquiries from students, parents, and the public through multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate student records and manage attendance systems.

  • Event Coordination & Administrative Support:

  • Envolve and support centre marketing events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

  • Translate documents and marketing content into Thai.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of documents, worksheets, and materials.
  • Help plan and execute meetings, open houses, and cultural events.

  • Facilities & Operations:

  • Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of the whole centre's facilities.

  • Liaise with vendors or maintenance services as needed for repairs and supplies.
  • Operate as a cashier for small sales (e.g., drinks, merchandise).
  • Maintain merchandise inventory and restock supplies.
  • Prepare WHT (Withholding Tax) papers and record invoices and receipts from vendors accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have full working rights in Thailand.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Computer proficiency (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
  • Prior experience in an educational or customer-facing role is a plus.
