We are seeking an inspiring, forward-thinking, and collaborative educational leader to take on the pivotal role of Director of Teaching and Learning, guiding the continued development of outstanding teaching and learning across our school. This position works closely with the Head of School, Principals, and academic leaders to ensure that our curriculum, pedagogy, and professional growth programmes reflect the highest international standards.

The British International School, Phuket (BISP) is a leading international day and boarding school (ages 2–18) offering a quality education to the international community of the Asia–Pacific region.

The following qualifications and attributes are essential:

Proven experience in educational leadership, ideally as a Director, Head of Department, or equivalent role.

A relevant university degree and recognised teaching qualification.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional learning.
