Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and recording assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries.
  • Maintaining and balancing accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close process.
  • Preparing data for Cashflow and Budget.
  • Compiling and reconciliation of schedules such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Bank reconciliation, and any ad hoc schedules
  • Check for any mistakes and adjust as necessary
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience
  • Experience as an audit trainee or auditor in audit firm is a plus.
  • Background in retail, malls, or rental space accounting is preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Good communication skills in English (both spoken and  written)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently, ensuring high accuracy and efficienc
