Position: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Rayong (100% Onsite)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves implementing KPIs, supporting IT solution deployments, and ensuring smooth application operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across teams and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business and system performance.
  2. Participate in technical IT solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system issues, clarify requirements, research problems, and propose solutions or alternatives.
  4. Provide Level 3 support and assist key users with application-related issues.
  5. Lead interventions, document recaps, conduct topic-specific tests, and perform end-to-end testing.
  6. Organize meetings to present new features and conduct root cause analysis for users.
  7. Monitor application operations to ensure stability and performance.
  8. Perform on-call duties for at least two weeks per month (mandatory).
Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Command Prompt, API integration, and cloud computing.

  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries and understand data models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for technical and operational issues.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Apache Spark, and distributed data processing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse) and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with Qlik for data replication and real-time streaming.
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance is an advantage.
