About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst to join the dynamic team at AutoAlliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Rayong. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial accounting and reporting processes, contributing to the strategic decision-making of the organization. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform Monthly Closing, Forecasting, Annual Budgeting, and developing the Business Plan with good understanding on the cost movement
  2. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts with the clear variance explanation
  3. Monitoring the key financial metrics and report out to AAT Management on monthly basis
  4. Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, initiating cost improvement idea
  5. Perform Special Study and Analysis as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Accountable to analyze cost performance and control cost.
  3. Intermediate or advance in computer skills -- especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  4. Good command in English both spoken and written
  5. UNDERSTAND Financial Modeling is a MUST
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including, judgment, collaboration skills to interact across cross functional team in plant
  7. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, motivational, and communications skills
  8. Strong executional discipline and ability to self-manage
  9. Strong coaching/mentoring and conflict-resolution skills
  10. Highly self-motivated individual capable of performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
