Customer Success Operations We are looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Success Operations to serve as a right hand in managing daily business functions. This is a role for a high-functioning generalist who enjoys variety, one hour you might be organizing a project timeline, and the next you might be handling data entry or troubleshooting a sales workflow. The ideal candidate is someone who sees around corners, anticipates needs, and is happy to take on the junior-level administrative tasks that keep the business moving. Responsibilities: Project Support: Help move projects from "in-progress" to "done" by tracking tasks, following up with team members, and maintaining project boards. Sales & Admin Ops: Provide daily support for sales activities, including updating CRM records (HubSpot), managing deal flow, and ensuring data integrity. Administrative Triage: Handle the "heavy lifting" of administration, scheduling, preparing basic documents, data entry, and organizing digital files. Ad Hoc Execution: Act as the "utility player" for the business. Youll handle unexpected tasks and operational bottlenecks with a "figure-it-out" attitude. Workflow Maintenance: Keep our internal workspaces (Notion) organized and up-to-date so that information is always easy to find. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 1–2 years in an operations, admin, or coordination role. We value a track record of "getting things done." The "Generalist" Mindset: You are tech-savvy and pick up new software quickly. Familiarity with tools like Notion and HubSpot is a plus, but your ability to learn and organize is more important than being an expert. Resourcefulness: You think on your feet. When faced with a new task, you take the initiative to research solutions before asking for direction. Reliability: You are the person who never lets a ball drop. You have a high degree of "follow-through" on small, repetitive tasks. Clear Communication: You can take a messy set of instructions and turn them into a clear, actionable plan. What Success Looks like:  30 Days: You have audited our HubSpot data and Notion boards, identified "messy" areas, and taken over all routine administrative scheduling. 90 Days: You are proactively suggesting workflow improvements and have reduced the time leadership spends on operational "noise" by 50%.
