**The Role**
As **Executive Assistant & Med-Tech Leadership Trainee**, you will work directly with the CEO on operational, financial, and strategic initiatives. This role is a launchpad for individuals eager to gain comprehensive, hands-on training in managing a med-tech startup, with the goal of preparing you for future leadership roles.
The position includes **international travel** (primarily to the U.S., 1-3 months per year) and direct interaction with global stakeholders, giving you the chance to build an international network and take ownership of key relationships.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic and Financial Support**
- Assist the CEO with financial planning, including scenario analyses for operations and fundraising.
- Contribute to financing milestone planning, ensuring valuation growth for the company and its shareholders.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing presentations, analyses, and related materials.
**Operational and Project Management**
- Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Assist in setting up and managing operations in Thailand, including compliance, HR, accounting, and IT systems.
- Facilitate cross-border collaboration and support communication between Thai and U.S. teams.
**Learning and Development**
- Spend **1-3 months annually in Minnesota, U.S.**, immersing yourself in the global med-tech ecosystem and building a professional network.
- Learn through hands-on mentorship from the CEO, preparing for future leadership opportunities.
