- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
- Analyze sales figures of each collection, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product range/stock.
- Manage budget and work cross functionally on supply planning, purchasing, and inventory control to achieve appropriate stock at store level.
- Collaborate with diamond & gold jewelry suppliers to achieve prices, appropriate quantities, and time-to-market goals.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc. to optimize stock level.
- Formulate and implement systems, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business.
- Coordinate and allocate tasks and resources to ensure general operations run smoothly with suppliers.
- Utilize internal systems to organize and maintain communications internally and externally.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience as merchandiser or buyer.
- Experience with inventory/supply chain in a retail company is required.
- Experience in jewelry, luxury product or fashion industry will be a plus.
- Understand consumer behavior, capable of conducting analysis based on data, and be able to make business recommendation based on finding.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including external suppliers and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, think critically, and adapt quickly, with high sense of urgency, in a fast pace and flexible environment.
- Highly organized with focus on attention to detail, execution, problem solving, and improving processes.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to use computer modelling software including knowledge of ERP/inventory systems, Excel - Vlookup, PowerBI.
- Self-starter, strong leadership but also being a team player with an ability to work collaboratively.
