Trade Operation Executive

Reporting to Trade Operation Manager, this position is to manage Point of Sale and Marketing Schedule for Excellence In-store Execution through DPSM Process and coordinating with merchandising team.

**Overall Responsibility**:
- Work closely with Sales & BTA Team to ensure Excellence In-store Execution and Communication flow to Merchandisers
- Work closely with Project Manager and Supervisors to ensure right execution daily followed by company execution guideline
- Understand and support in-store operations, policies and procedures as well as manage of people skill through 3rd Party
- Set KPI & incentive scheme for Merchandisers/Supervisors
- Report all In-store data provided by 3rd party to KC’s commercial team within timeline
- (Example of report: Daily OSA/OOS, NPD Speed to Market/Bonus pack, In-Store Compliance, In-store Promotion Execution, etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skill as well as Good English Skill of listening, speaking and communication with regional team
- Ad Hoc skill management to ensure all operation tasks are completed within timeline
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Analytical skills, sales skills, interact and coordinate among internal teams and external customers
- Hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive working attitude
- Quick learner, willing to work under pressure and business dynamic change
- Energetic, having self-motivation & willing to work with team
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions
- Good command of both Thai & English in listening, writing and communication
- Able to travel upcountry for market visit
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Work experience in FMCG business is preferable
