Our client is Thailand's leading multi-brand store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and leading the merchandise team into achieving sales and GP target.
- Analyzing the sales, market trend, and competitive market with respect to trends, marketing & product strategy; reacting to ensure market leadership.
- Developing the strategic sourcing for the health and beauty category regarding customer offer: assortment, pricing and promotion.
- Negotiating with suppliers in merchandising products under responsibilities to ensure effective operations to achieve profitability and gross sales.
- Building constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Working closely with the Head of the Commercial and strategy team and collaborating with all teams (Mostly with marketing, operation, and supply chain) to ensure companies' objectives are being fulfilled.
- Being able to solve problems on trade marketing issues with other related teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Category Manager, Merchandising Manager with a strong focus on health and beauty retail business.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with keen understanding of relevant cost drivers for demand management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Thai and English and computer literary, preferable in Excel.
