- Manage projects across various workstreams within Lazmall Marketing Solutions.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and strategies to achieve standardized workflows across different areas, functions, and markets.
- Initiate and plan initiatives to address varied business needs within assigned timelines.
- Address business challenges from an operational efficiency and process standpoint - identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement suggestions to remove roadblocks.- Streamline internal communication and resources for the internal team. Deliver reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for the Lazmall Marketing Solutions team to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams.
- Build and maintain regular cadence to ensure progress against targets and timelines. Deliver reports and updates on strategies.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development and project management.
- Strong project management skills and business acumen.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects concurrently and build processes from scratch. A passion for process improvement is strongly required.
- Stakeholder management skills to liaise with different internal and external teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to craft structured and user-friendly presentations and trackers.
- Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is a must.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality, and timely delivery of work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong track record of managing projects across workstreams.
- Expertise in process optimization
- Experience in advertisement platform or e-commerce.
- Exposure to ecosystem-level projects or initiatives, or experience in building a business or team from scratch.
- The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the department and support appropriate processes to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
