- Management of workflow, i.e., optimization of workflow through automation.
- Mapping, planning, and coordinating activities regarding Graphic Designing and Copywriting efforts.
- Managing risk, complaints, and feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
- Work closely with team and brands on campaign activities from planning to execution
- Stakeholder relationship management with internal & external stakeholder such as online marketplace PIC, Brands and internal functional team Key Responsibilities**:Workflow Optimization and Management: o Manage workflow optimization through automation. o Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow. o Address WF/Queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement. ** Strategic Partnership Development: o Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success. o Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and brand identity. **Project and Promo Management: o Manage and coordinate projects (tickets) end to end. o Execute all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements. ** Store Content Management: o Maintain client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. o Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points. **Performance Analysis and Reporting: o Conduct daily SKU hygiene checks to assess competitiveness, sales performance, stocks, pricing, etc. o Operate Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/Tiki seller centers fluently. o Understand and analyze basic reports on Seller Centre, including sales and order performance, product performance, store health, and promotion performance. ** Site Performance Reporting: o Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels). **Relationship Building: o Build a strong relationship with the site operations team (Market POCs/ Oms/ Team Leads) to ensure proper execution of the capacity plan. o Provide general education regarding the best workflow management practices.**

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to ฿60,000.00 per month
