Job Summary
Head of General Administration Department is responsible for developing policies, guidelines, strategies and plans to support business operation in compliance with laws and regulations. He/She leads and oversees the implementation of effective administrative systems, processes and tools as well as supports the management team in decision making process by providing timely and accurate information. Additionally, he/she ensures all activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Head of General Administration Department is responsible for developing policies, guidelines, strategies and plans to support business operation in compliance with laws and regulations. He/She leads and oversees the implementation of effective administrative systems, processes and tools as well as supports the management team in decision making process by providing timely and accurate information. Additionally, he/she ensures all activities are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to GA team; foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the department.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for GA, aligning with AIS's vision and mission.
3. Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for efficient administration of resources and services.
4. Resource Management: Manage budget allocation and utilization for GA, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
5. Internal Control: Establish and implement internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability in financial and operational matters.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, promoting a proactive approach to risk assessment and management.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, managing any issues or incidents promptly and effectively.
8. Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication between senior management, employees, stakeholders, and external parties.
9. Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate performance of GA staff, implementing appropriate development programs to enhance their skills and productivity.
10. Special Projects: Take on special projects as assigned by CEO, contributing to the growth and success of AIS.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in managerial role in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial and resource management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in corporate governance and risk management.
- Proficiency in English language.
