- Prepare Purchasing Order (PO) in SAP program to all suppliers both of company and customers.
- Control & monitor all necessary documents to be submitted on time and accurately.
- Record & monitor all fleet cards with the budget and report to Fleet Team Leader and Accounting department.
- Liaise with related departments to ensure the status of all Purchasing Order (PO).
- Liaise with vendors or suppliers about the quotation to further process with related departments within time line and achieve in company goal.
- Weekly monitor on Purchasing Order (PO) summary report and match with Purchasing Order Request (POR) report to ensure that all items are completed and correctly.
- Coordinate with suppliers /fleet administrator about repair and maintenance process.
- Record the monthly kilometers usage and prepare monthly report for Fleet Manager / SAP team.
- Response to repair and maintenance workshop for any queries.
- Any assignments by Fleet Manager and Fleet Administration Team Leader.

- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
2. At least 1-3 years working experience in Purchasing or Procurement fields.
3. Have background in SAP and expert in MS Excel - advance.
4. Able to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills, systematic thinking, negotiation skills and service-mind.
5. Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
6. Good command of English language both spoken and written.
7. Base at Head Office, New Petchburi road, Huay Kwang, Bangkok
