Job Detail
・Quality Control of microwave and toaster ovens as QC department
・Can be an intermediary in receiving matters and resolve complaints from customers Issues of quality and other issues related to production
・Set up a quality work system for the production line by can create You can check the quality by yourself. (production part)
・Create a system to inspect raw materials used in production and be able to plan the development of suppliers in terms of quality systems.
・Responsible for quality department routine administration and improving work efficiency and quality.
・Represent quality department to do internal and external coordination and contact.
・Set up quality and project control rules and monitors the execution.
・Responsible for quality cost control.
・Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evolution
・Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
・Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
・Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant materials and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
・Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
・Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
・Monitor all projects. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.

・Bachelors Degree in Engineering Related
・More than 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry with QC
・More than 5 years of QC Engineer experience（microwave or toaster oven）
・More than ３ years of management experience of subordinates
・Intermediate Level of English【Advantage】
・Those with high communication and negotiation skills
・Japanese daily conversation
・Quality Control of microwave and toaster ovens as Quality Control department experience
