- **Communication with the each department in the company, customer and supplier about problem of quality**

- **According to PDCA cycle, Quality assurance system chart, QC 7 tools and APQP plan**
- **Investigation, analysis, report for customer complaint from domestic and overseas**
- **about product in the company, grasp, characteristic and specifications from drawing**

**- Count of the KPI item ; In the case of unachieved - Summary and practice about investigation of cause and contents of improvement**
- **Enforcement of supplier and audit and correspondence of customer audit**
- **Education about our product properties and production process for quality control and knowledge of improvement**
- **Instruction to QA/QC section for understanding and maintenance about certification and contents of each management system ( ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, ISO14001:2015)**
- **Planning, quotation request, purchase settlement for the inspectio tools, measurment tools and equipments**
- **Openning and summary of the internal meeting about all contents related to quality**
- **Last approval in QA/QC section**
- **Evaluation of QA/QC member**
- **Participation in improvement activity in the company (5s activity, etc.)**
- **Knowledge of production**
