Our client is a leading full-range info-logistics provider offering a comprehensive portfolio of air, sea, land transport, and warehousing services, with special expertise in information technology and supply chain optimization. As of 2021, they have over 140 offices in 40 countries across the globe to create fast and efficient solutions tailored to your needs. They are now looking for a Reefer Sales Manager to grow their business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and managing a defined Reefer & Foodstuff market segment for China and other areas.
- Having knowledge in building, base, and distribution for the Reefer & Foodstuff market segment.
- Owning the business development activities and growing the reefer business.
- Developing the assigned geographical area; display of partner network; inform and update them about our products; build up a versatile network, monitor profitability of the partner and area.
- Steering and monitoring the volume development, customer development, sales performance, and profitability of the intra-Asian trade.
- Generating and providing expertise in trade specifics regarding economics, geography, competition, key and target accounts.
- Coordinating relations with other sections in the company and supporting overseas offices/partners to gain reefer business.
- Monitoring the risk management, compliance instruction, and payment term agreements.
- Retaining and keeping good relationships with existing clients.
- Handling rate inquiries from group/agents for defined trade.
- Handling the RFQ/Tender rate inquiry for defined region and trade.
- Collecting and analyzing the market trends and carriers' services.
- Preparing the reports and analysis for the defined trade and product of the market trends.
- Taking up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet the Company's needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Degree/College/Diploma holder in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Purchasing/ Operations Management or equivalent with over 5 years of business development experience in the industry.
- Familiar with the scope of the Reefer business.
- Strong communication skills in term of English is a must and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient in computer operation (MS Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of ocean carriers is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation.
- Commercial thinking and solution selling mindset.
