- Job Description
**Job Purpose**:
- Responsible for planning, designing, executing strategic business plan in according to company’s goal as well as lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing all sales activity to reach sales and profit goals
- Implement sales and marketing strategy to sales team
- Develop, motivate, coach, train and retain sales team
- Coordinate with others to reach team objectives
- Monitor sales team to meet standard code of conduct and SFE program
- Build good relationship with customers and KOLs
- Meet customers requirement
- Meet principals’ requirement and internal requirement
- Develop new business or extend portfolio
- Co-ordinate with PV team when there are any ADR reports from the customers
**Qualifications:
- **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science with Master’s Degree in MBA : Marketing would be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry.
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a direct sales force.
- Strategic thinking, creative and initiative.
- Positive attitude “CAN DO”, energetic and team player.
- Strong leadership with interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation skills and negotiating skills.
- Be proactive to drive for result.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
