ROLE SUMMARY
The Administrative Officer is expected to provide full range administrative support to the Commercial team (Sales, Marketing including Indochina business), and Healthcare Solutions team. This role is expected to have strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks, paying very strict attention to details. Should be a self-starter, capable of prioritizing and working independently within given time constraints. Administrative Officer should have excellent communication skills. This includes both, written and verbal skills in both the English and Thai language, as well as coordinate and respond professionally to cross-functional team e.g. regulatory, finance, etc. to ensure on-time execution and responsible tasks run smoothly. In addition, experience and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Finally, Administrative officer should be able to work in a team environment, with all levels of employment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to initiate and create My Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures (MAPP) program, follow up close event and get aligned with SOPs
- Facilitate to create materials in GCMA system (Branded / unbranded advertisement, speaker slide, poster, Invitation, digital contents, etc.)
- To closely work with Country Brand Manager (CBM) and Regulatory Affairs team to facilitate in document preparation for Thai FDA submission, as well as follow up the approval of promotional materials and cheque process to Thai FDA.
- PR/PO process and Prepare cheque request in Accounting Administration as assigned.
- Maintains and updates internal databases/files as required.
- Performs administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by Commercial team (Sales, Marketing including Indochina business), and Healthcare Solutions team.
- Develops self by acquiring knowledge and technical expertise to enhance effectiveness in role
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field; minimum one year office administrative support experience is preferred
- Previous work experience as an administrative officer, secretary or similar role which demonstrates exceptional ability to carry out administrative and secretarial functions is required.
- Flexibility, ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail
