Job Description:

- Handle import-export shipping and prepare all import-export document by compliance in law and regulation to complete properly.
- Liaise with external freight forwarder, shipping agent, and oversea customers following by shipping instruction to ensure shipped on requested.
- Liaise with other groups in Parts Department for various aspects of shipping control.
- Participate with Warehouse team and sales team including other internal to fulfill the department target.
- Issue all import-export expense for each shipment to Accounting.
- Issue shipment monthly report through all concern on necessity.
- Keeping track of shipments to ensure on board for doing shipment completion.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience or knowledge in automotive and export business.
- Having basic knowledge about Export operations would be an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
