**(Assistant) Officer, Logistics Support Services**:

**Job Purpose**:
(Assistant) Officer, Logistics Support Services is responsible for providing services on waste management, material handling equipment and catering and housekeeping to support PTTEP operations. The jobholder identifies area of logistics services / equipment / materials / personnel for executing procurement and contract management. The job holder also manages logistics services contracts to achieve cost efficiently and operations effectively. The job holder tackles problems, improve procedures / methods and to highlight the safety, environmental and commercial benefits.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinate with each project, asset, and corporate function to formulate efficient and effective Logistics Support Services in line with annual budget plan
- Ensure Logistics Support Services are complied with PTTEP’s policy, standard, and law
- Control services budget and seek outside potential contractor companies to support PTTEP operations
- Manage service contracts as well as analyze contractor performance to make improvement on services
- Verify invoice against Purchasing Requisition (PR), Purchasing Order (PO), Service Order (SO) and/or contracts and agreements.

**Key Accountabilities (Cont')**:

- Verify supplier payment and conduct cost analysis and variance clarifications
- Prepare monthly report on spend and risk ranking and recommend contracting strategies in accordance with the PTTEP’s standard procedures
- Assist with the development, promotion and implementation of new Logistics Support Services
- Conduct SSHE contracts requirement and risk assessment regarding Logistics Support Services

- Logistics Support Services with budget optimization
- Spending analysis and supplier positioning model
- Accurate and on-time invoice verification and payment
- Contracts monitoring and new contract preparation

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- 1-2-year experience in Logistics Support Services
- Knowledge of contracts management, logistics law and regulations, budget control and statistics

**Additional Desirable Qualifications**:

- Organizing, problem solving and communication skills
- Data analytics
- Administrative skills
