**SPEA Thailand** Co. Ltd. Subsidiary of SPEA S.p.A Group - worldwide leader in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards - is looking for a** Logistics & Back Office** for its office in_ _**Bangkok**.

Responsibilities:_**

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order processing, packing, and shipping.
- 2. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and record keeping.
- 3. Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
- 4. Provide administrative support to the back office, including document management, report preparation, and administrative issue resolution.
- 5. Handle communications with suppliers and customers, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- 6. Contribute to the fine-tuning and optimization of logístical and administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:_**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- 2. Proficient in Thai and English language (written and spoken). Other language proficiency is an added advantage.
- 3. Preferably Thai citizen of Permanent Resident.
- 4. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or related administrative roles.
- 5. Knowledge of basic inventory management principles and warehouse procedures.
- 6. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems.
- 9. Import/export knowledge and logistics and acceptance bases
- 10. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
