Report to Rx Manufacturing Head, the maintenance manager main missions are to inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair as well planning the preventive/predictive maintenance in order to ensure the production means right availability level. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. Plans repair/preventive works using equipment manual as needed. Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. She/he will work in a close relationship with the facility manager for the building/utilities part. She/he will work in a close relationship with the Rx production and engineering managers. She/he will comply with the EHS and HR policies.

Plans repair/preventive works by using the local system (CMMS)
Measure/improve the maintenance performance (KPIs such MTBF-MTTR) by focusing on the production means availability level in order to meet the plant performance (service, productivity, cost)
Work in a close relationship with the facility manager for the building/utilities to ensure a smooth connection/running between equipments and utilities
Work in a close relationship with production/engineering
Manage/evaluate the team
Manage/evaluate the suppliers
Manage the maintenance budget with a focus on spare parts management
Comply with the local and group policies
Comply with the ISO certifications and other group systems
Contribute to the external/internal audits
Contribute to the machines set up with EHS/Engineering and production = machine acceptance with the handover to maintenance (PM plan, spare parts,..)
Benchmark the maintenance practices with the other entities group and identify/put in place the best practices
Manage the maintenance improvement projects such as performance improvement, predictive maintenance,
Contribute to the environment plant performance = energy, water and waste

Must have

Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in maintenance/engineering/production with a demonstrating maintenance technical expertise
Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical/electrical/engineering/maintenance or equivalent
Leadership
KPI driven with a structured problem solving approach
Good Interpersonal Skills with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken)
Customer oriented and flexible
Time management
Flexible and being able to work through ambiguities
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
