**Position**:Sr. Maintenance Technician

**Location**:Nikom Amata City Rayong

**Work Condition**: Day/ Night Shift and Overtime

**Job Scope**:Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment; routine building inspection, maintenance and rectifying common building defects; water pretreatment system, wastewater treatment system and pest control processes. Involve and monitor plant upgrading projects by external contractors.
- Preventive maintenance of plant facilities equipment’s and systems. Order spare parts to carry out the job. (PM according to schedule and procedures in SOP). Operation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of facilities equipment.
- Monitor and operation of plant facilities equipment (boiler, air conditioner, air compressor, chiller, distiller-(water pretreatment system, electrical system, CCTV, Fire alarm and firefighting system, building and etc.), electrical DBs, fire alarm system and etc.).
- Troubleshooting for breakdowns of plant equipment. Conduct repair works for common building defects.
- Monitor contractors’ work or extension projects. Conduct routine checks to ensure contractors comply to Baxter's specifications, EH&S rules & regulations and GMP requirements.
- Perform minor ME installation works.
- Modification of machine’s control in order to achieve higher efficiency and productivity and prevent downtime.
- Responsible for pest control program by coordinate with pest control contractor.
- Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.
- Ensure that all Thai FDA, GQP and ISO13485 and EHS regulation are always followed.

**Qualification**:

- High Vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical or related field
- At least Min 3 years of relevant working experience in production maintenance related jobs (Electrical and Mechanical related aspects); or in building maintenance related jobs (Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry and Pest Control) or Boiler Man with hands-on knowledge on steam boiler and plant facilities operations.
- Must be able to work as SHIFT (Night & Day)
- Must be able to understand Baxter’s specifications and SOPs (Operation, EHS, Quality, GMP)
- Must be able to analysis, troubleshoot and fix during equipment breakdown.
- Must be able to work with other functions to achieve one team one goal.
