**Position**:Maintenance Supervisor

**Location**:Nikom Amata City Rayong

**Report to**:Associate Manager, Maintenance
**Job Scope**:Maintenance Supervisor**coordinates resources for troubleshooting equipment repairs. This role will be leading **Plant Preventive Maintenance**, **TPM (Total Production Maintenance)** and **Team of Engineers and Technicians**.

**Job Descriptions**:
**1. Operation and Maintenance**
- Perform review machine/ equipment regular check list and understand equipment condition and prepare the action plan as necessary.
- Ensure all critical parameters are in control limit.
- Conduct autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) as per master schedule, perform regular review and develop the maintenance procedure plan and task as necessary.
- Provide support to Mechanical, Electrical, Buildings and Ground services to the plant to achieve minimum production downtime due to utilities and facilities equipment breakdown.
- Contractor management and spare part control.

**2. Cost Management**
- Provide year on year VIP project to reduce the cost.
- Support Lean Energy Program.
- Provide annually budgeting and discuss with engineering manager for approval.
- Perform monitoring and control maintenance spending as planned.

**3. People management**
- Arrange/ organize team working calendar and compliance with production and maintenance schedule (comply with labor law).
- Conduct regular performance feedback with subordinator and provide development plan.
- Encourage team member to support company activity such as EHS committee, welfare committee, EHS marathon, etc.

**4. HSE & Quality compliance**
- Ensure that all the critical system maintenance comply to Baxter requirement and other regulatory/ standards and prevent non-conformance.
- Provide training technicians to perform operation and maintenance of critical system as per specification and SOP.
- To perform validation for new equipment and system.
- Regular review of current procedures and documents and ensure they are all updated and compliance.
- Ensure the HSE risk control is implemented prior task commencing.
- Conduct regular review for environment, health, safety risk assessment and initiate action plan to reduce the risk severity.
- Conduct routinely Gemba walk & maintain the facilities as 6S standard.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field)
- At least 5 years’ experience in Production Maintenance or Utilities/ Facilities Operation and Maintenance.
- Well understanding and able to lead TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance)
- Strong people management skill and able to work with others.
- Able to communicate in English (Reading, writing and speaking).
- Quality and safety mindset.
