Maintenance Planner

**Major Responsibilities**

A)
**Turnaround Planning Function**

a) Coordinate with Area maintenance, CS, MO, Operation, Plant Technical, Safety, Inspection and concerned to perform 5 phases of Turnaround

b) Provide the Turnaround budgeting

c) Develop and implement the master plan of Turnaround preparation, execution and post Turnaround

d) Do scope collection, scope clarify, scope optimization and freeze work. Do all Turnaround resource planning such as spare part, contractor, facility and utility

e) Integrate detail plan of each Turnaround activity (ie. maintenance, inspection, engineering and safety), do schedule optimization and identify the critical path of Turnaround

**Routine Maintenance Planning Function**

1.
**Maintenance planning**

a) Plan all required maintenance resource including manpower, contractor, tools, spare part and execution times to ensure that all required maintenance resource are sufficiency to complete the planned job, under budget, timely and comply to all safety and environment standards.

b) Order and coordinate with Procurement to ensure all required spare part and contractor will ready for execution

c) Reserve and coordinate with Warehouse to ensure all required stock item spare part will ready for execution.

d) Follow up until all required manpower, contractor, tools and spare part are ready for scheduling.

2.
**Maintenance scheduling**

a) Coordinate with Operations Gatekeeper, Maintenance, Safety and concerned to prioritize and scheduling for Monthly, Weekly and Daily.

b) Develop Monthly, Weekly and/or Daily schedule in order to meet the needs of the business.

c) Do Weekly and Daily committed work, communicate the committed work to all concerned

d) Check the compliance of the execution compare with scheduling if that execution could not be completed within the schedule, coordinate with all concerned to do re-scheduling. Manage maintenance backlog, follow up and resolve all restrictions, scheduling for execution.

e) Complete Maintenance order in CMMS system if all required maintenance history is entered in CMMS

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical engineering or Industrial engineering
- At least 2 years experience in Maintenance or Maintenance planning in Petrochemical industrial
