We are looking for passionate and customer-focused **Sales Associates** to join our Bangkok team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences, represent a premium designer brand, and contribute to retail expansion in Thailand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote brand culture and product knowledge to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent service and product expertise.
- Collaborate with team members and support daily store operations.
- Manage product replenishment, exchanges, returns, and store presentation.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of sales experience in luxury, designer, or fashion retail.
- Fluent in English and Thai; strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance, proactive, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Team player with a passion for retail and premium products.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Base Salary
- Commission based on performance.
- 8-hour workday, 5 days/week (rotating shifts), 119-day probation.

**Interview Process**:
1-2 video rounds (HR & business) + 1-minute self-introduction video.

**Preferred Background**:
Experience in luxury/designer retail (e.g., Longchamp, Theory, Jil Sander) with high-value customer transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿40,000.00 per month
