**What's your role in the team?**:
Marketplace Senior Associate is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, sales, and overall performance across various online marketplace platforms. This role supports the execution of strategic campaigns, ensures accurate product information, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage operations across domestic Marketplaces.
- Manage and monitor various tools (e.g., TikTok Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center) to ensure smooth operation.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales traffic, conversion rates. Use data to inform decisions and recommend strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee performance across all international marketplace platforms.
- Optimize product listings, ad campaigns, and promotional strategies within the marketplace platforms.
- Monitor and respond to key marketplace trends, tools, and competitor activity.
- Guide and support team members on daily tasks, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace platform representatives and third-party service providers.
- Stay up to date with changes and updates to marketplace platform policies, algorithms, and features.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- 3+ years in eCommerce, or marketplace management
- Passion for digital marketing and online sales.
- Have an analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker.
- Excellent command of Thai & English
- Focus on accuracy in listings, customer communication, and reporting
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve issues and adapt to unexpected changes
- Strong understanding of the fashion trends
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking live and interacting with an audience
- Salary Range : 25,000 THB
