**What's your role in the team?**:
The Marketplace Associate is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, sales, and overall performance across various online marketplace platforms. This role supports the execution of strategic campaigns, ensures accurate product information, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage operations across both domestic and international Marketplaces.
- Manage and monitor various tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center) to ensure smooth operation.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales traffic, conversion rates. Use data to inform decisions and recommend strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist Manager in managing pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discounts to drive sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace platform representatives and third-party service providers.
- Stay up to date with changes and updates to marketplace platform policies, algorithms, and features.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Passion for digital marketing and online sales.
- Excellent command of Thai (English is a plus).
- Focus on accuracy in listings, customer communication, and reporting.
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve issues and adapt to unexpected changes
- Strong understanding of the fashion trends
