- Plans how to talk and negotiate with others by understanding how our company works and what risks and benefits are involved.
- Closes the deal by figuring out the requirements, making contracts, and making sure everything fits with how we do things.
- Keeps company info private to protect its value.
- Keeps learning about the job by joining educational stuff, reading professional things, and staying in touch with others in the field.
- Makes the company look good by taking on different tasks and finding ways to make the job better.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【Must】- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Have at least 10 years or above experience in construction industry
- Strong command of oral and written English is mandatory
【Advantage】- Excellent computer knowledge of all kinds of software are commonly used in construction industry.
