Our client is conducted in building engineering services for both commercial and industrial facilities.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to the HR team.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
- Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
- Ensuring competitive and aligned compensation and benefits programs are in place.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support company objectives.
- Enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through initiatives and programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Utilizing HR data and analytics to generate insights and inform decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Thai nationality with Bachelor's Degree and 35-45 years old.
- Have experience in HR of more than 5-10 years up in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Good communication.
- Experience in Large companies and knowledge of Labor Law.
