Job Title: Deputy Factory Manager

Location: Thailand

Reporting to: Factory Manager

1. Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily operations and management to ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery targets are met.

2. Develop and execute production plans, optimize processes, and enhance production efficiency and product quality.

3. Manage and lead the team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to improve skills and morale.

4. Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure smooth operations to minimize downtime.

5. Control production costs, implement energy-saving measures, and optimize resource utilization.

6. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards for environmental, health, and safety policies.

7. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments, customers, and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in factory operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and safety standards.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

5. Proven ability to analyze and solve complex operational challenges.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (Thai language is a plus).

7. Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to manufacturing and labor in Thailand.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

2. Proficiency in ERP systems and other production management tools.

3. Cross-cultural management experience.

Pay: ฿80,000.00 - ฿150,000.00 per month
